Data Management Associate
Maintain databases utilizing CBORD products to support large customer and direct database projects for clients within database services. Responsibilities include participation in the establishment and maintenance of database standards, creating and maintaining data. Able to learn quickly without direction, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Portray a positive solution oriented attitude and assumes a leadership role in business situations.
Qualifications: Associates degree and food production/nutrition experience desired. Efficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook required.

Product Support/Testing
Technical Support Specialist I
Provide installation, training, and telephone support for on-line point-of-sale (POS) systems. Provide technical and operations support (hardware and software) of POS system, both while on-site and via telephone (may occur outside regular business hours). Handle administrative duties such as maintain contracts, etc. and provide training to clients (on-site) as well as to co-workers while maintaining good working relations with vendors (Micros dealerships).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or experience in point-of-sale systems and 2 years experience with customer service, technical support and/or implementations is preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical, and communication skills, along with extensive experience with Windows operating systems, networking, and applications.  Technical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently required.
Travel: Requires time at client sites (up to 50% travel) US and Canada locations.

Implementation Associate (2)
Professional position providing systems training and implementation support for foodservice management systems. Extensive travel in US and Canada required (80%). Flexibility and ability to work independently a must.
Qualifications: Experience in training/implementation systems or project planning an asset. Excellent communication skills necessary. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Onsite foodservice background a plus. Relocation to Ithaca is not required.

Marketing
Junior Graphics Designer
Design and produce web and print marketing materials for Student Advantage national Merchant Discount program, Off-Campus Advantage local merchant network programs and related products.

Areas of focus include print layout and design, proof reading, web layout and design, brand management, typography, timeline management and project management. Will utilize QuarkXpress, InDesign, Photoshop layout templates to produce web and print layouts. Regularly develop on-line marketing campaigns including banners and various graphics. Manage overall logo database, archive and graphic standard folders. POSITION LOCATED IN BOSTON OFFICE.

Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Superior project management skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Superior MAC design knowledge, as well as Windows-based applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in graphics/design desired -- including Quark, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

A Bachelor's degree in visual arts / design with approximately 2 years of experience, or a combination of education and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar field.

Prior product marketing experience and university marketing experience is desirable. Macromedia Flash and Online portfolio a plus.

Administrative Support
Administrative Specialist
As a member of the Sales Administrative Team, this person will focus on the tasks required during the sales process prior to receiving an order/contract. The incumbent will work closely with the sales reps to manage the pre-order sales-related tasks. They will also provide backup to the Sales Support team. Functions will include first line of support to the sales team; preparing and formatting quotes; reviewing quotes for accuracy and completeness; entering quotes into a forecasting database; preparing literature packets, preparing contracts and addenda; preparing contract cover sheets; and possibly preparing daily check deposits.
Qualifications: An Associates degree and/or four years of experience in a similar position. Excellent Word and Excel skills are necessary. Excel expertise must be, at a minimum, at the intermediate to advanced level. Candidates need to possess the ability to focus on details and follow through on complex projects. Past experience with projects and being able to complete them efficiently and accurately is also a requirement for this position.
